Its about a person whose imminent sucide on Christmas Eve brings about intervention of his guardian angle Clarence Odbody. She showd all acts of his live, that what he made to community.

This film is nominated for Oscars five time, but never win it. According to the American film Institute, it is in one of best hundred american films list. As most inspiring movie it is placed on number one.

The move didnt earned much on box office and consider as flop due to high costs and still competition at the time. It eaened 6.3 million dollars double of the cost of film.

It's a Wonderful Life was nominated for five Oscars without winning any, although the film has since been recognized by the American Film Institute as one of the 100 best American films ever made, and placed number one on their list of the most inspirational American films of all time.
