Nature of the Anger

nature_of_angerDefinition of anger:"an emotional state that varies intensity from mild irritation to intense fury and rage," by Psychologist Charles Spielberg, a PhD Psychologist who did specialization in anger. Like other emotions, anger is also accompanied by physiological and biological changes. As u get anger or when ever you are angry, your blood pressure shoots up along increasing levels of your noradrenaline,adrenaline and energy hormones.

Mostly internal and external activities are the cause of your anger. you could be angry on a specific reason, person or event like any thing against the nature of a person, coworker or supervisor, or any traffic jam, canceled flight etc respectively. It can also be caused by worrying or brooding about any personal problems. Angry feelings can also be triggered by memorising traumatic or enraging feelings.
