Raymond Davis is not on Hunger Strike in prison

The United Stated denied that Raymond Davis, who is caught by Pakistani police for gunning down two Pakistani residents in Lahore, is on hunger strike in prison. They stated that it is a false story. Before that the issue rise that Raymond is on hunger strike in person and he is demanding immunity issue quicker and he also want removal of CCTV cameras from his barrack by media. The US embassy spokesman denied this story. (Hindustan Times)

US consulate spokesman in Lahore said “"It's a rumor. A lot of rumors are being spread about him (Davis)." The media report by saying sources and officials that are unknown are false.

Davis is in Kotlakhpat Jail Lahore. Pakistani leader ship denied US demands for freed Davis on base of diplomatic immunity, by saying that the matter is in court, and court will decide. The police also denied Davis statement that he killed 2 people in self-defense; they said that the murders are not in self-defense.

The issue becomes more complex because of United States changing statements that he is working privately for CIA. Then they claim he is a diplomat. These statements weaker Davis immunity appeal which he is claiming about that he is a diplomat and want immunity under Geneva Convention.
