Latest updates are that users should not install 4.3 due to following reasonsapple-logo-green

 

1.It may be the end of unlocking .

2.This version may be the final of all and wait until its ratings are clear.

3.Newer upgrade may trick you into more trouble even not allowing a simple jailbreak.

4.It will lead you to only factory unlocked iphones thus going above your budgets.
