I have been challenged. No not as dramatic as a duel at sunrise or gunfight at noon. I have challenged myself to writing articles to fill my quota. A quota that I set for myself. I am going to try to reach this quota with at least five yes count them one, two, three, four, five articles a day. I am starting a new segment for health called the Vitamin A, B, Cs.
This segment will tell you the benefits, recommended amounts, what foods carry that vitamin, and health risks due to deficiency. These articles I am hoping will fulfill your curiosity for the vitamins.
