The study of rise and fall

Staying at the top of the heap is not an easy task. Over the years I have seen many changes giving me rise and fall in my life. The best moment of glory was when I was in my university studying Finance Degree and rising up up up n to the top!! :)
Starting with my first job in Multinational Bank in a corporate culture was an experience which gave me lot of lessons. Yes true it is that one cannot learn without getting the taste himself. It doesn’t mean critics over here but it explains my feelings and the behavior I adopted after that and then I said my heart that I should be assured that my stay at the lower end of the rug will not be forever.
Quite naturally after doing a MASTERS Degree your expectation is very high with relation to the job you get. In contrast when you get job Description far away from your area of interest and domain you not only fell short of working temperament also you lose your focus and build harsh desires in yourself. But as a new joiner you cannot explain, you cannot speak and you cannot claim. It’s even not your fault during your study years you have been guided in such way that as an employee you will be given a good handout of your rights…….. Hmmmmm but may be the employer feels that if I do so he will work less and claim moreeeeeeeee……………. So u remain as a looser n act upon the most famous quote “DO AS THE ROMANS DO”
The one point which we as business managers must note as that none of the harsh criticism about the employer has been laid at their door step. This shows that their system follows the maximum of authority and responsibility being correctly apportioned.
One can argue about the reasons that bring about this rise and fall well in my view the main contributing reason is the difficulty in hiring appropriate human capital well in time. Human nature makes the selectors stick with top-class market names just that bit longer than they should.
Who says that the job is easy!! I never said so :)
