Unhealthy Routine!!

Life style of this century is the worst ever of the history, we all are busy in earning a perfect and luxury lively hood instead of enjoying the life and living it. No matter what region are we talking about the life is all the same, the routine is all the same most of the teenagers are no fond of playing games in ground most of them are on X-box or other multimedia games or keep watching movies or sports channels. We are so used to of
having internet and movies in our life that we can’t even imagine to live without these so called luxuries even a single day. As far as the food is concerned we, most of the human beings are having fast food or most of the food ingredients are grown through artificial ways to make their production fast. Artificial flavors, food preservative, food additive food coloring are the new invention but they have made us the weakest creature on the earth. These fast food lead to the health problems such as high blood pressure, heart problems and our routine leads to diabetes. These all are very common and famous disease. From the very first day young babies are made addictive to the artificial foods and milk. The very first thing necessary for the baby is mother’s milk but unfortunately the trend is developing to feed them on the artificial milk and it is being observed that mother’s milk is appreciated until the baby is 6 months of age. Some of the ladies refuse to feed their babies reasoning the shape of their breasts would be lost. The second stage arrives in the early ages of the kid’s life when the whole body is at a growth stage and they need some pure food and real exercise for their body and brain to be active, proper food at proper time means a lot to the body and brain. Healthy baby requires both of these exercises mental and physical and a proper time for their character building. Physic of a human being depends totally upon their lifestyle, proper attention while having food is also an important aspect considering the style you follow while eating. Junk food addicts suffer from lack of energy, weight gain and poor retention including all others I have discussed before. We need to change our life style in-order to live a healthy life. Smoking is rated as cool but after some time it is an addiction. Take a moment out of your life and thing about your future the life of your loved ones, nobody wants to be on drugs and nobody wants to be unhealthy in life nobody wants to have a tasteless life. Enjoy your life discover the beauty of nature and enjoy the sports by not only watching it but experiencing it. Take your meals on time and stay positive towards your aims. Have a happy life.
