Video footage of Ramon Davis while in Police investigation....

Dunya news has published the footage American person who shot down two Pakistani people. This footage is taken soon after the incident happens on 27 January. The video shows that he is demanding to police that find his passport he is an American consultant for consulate in Lahore.

Before this Dawn news from Pakistan showed the visa footage that Raymond Davis is not an American diplomat but he is on business visa. The name of Raymond Davis is also suspicious and expected not corrected as stated in the document, which leads that he is illegally staying in Pakistan. The arms from Raymond Davis also make the matter more suspicious.
The video is taken from mobile camera one can easily guess this by the poor quality of the camera. More over the shot shows that the camera is putted on the table as the video is upwards. The US is already demanding that the citizen is diplomat and he has amenity under Geneva Convention to set him released.

The Pakistani politicians have point of view that the case is in court and now court will decide what to do. America also warned Pakistan that aid is not further more provided if the inhabitant is not set to be free. Some think tanks of Pakistan declared that Davis belong to Black Water.
This happing also gives rise to hatred in the hearts of Pakistani people for America. The case happened worst when the widow of one person committed suicide. The protest against American after this incident increase by and large. The government of Pakistan is now in difficult condition to take decision, because of the constant pressure by American government to set Raymond Davis free while on other side the public demand is vice versa. The condition of Pakistan is that America is not much likened by the people because of increasing Drone attacks inside Pakistan area. People don’t like American involvement inside Pakistan. There is no yet clear statement by the higher official of Pakistan Government.

The matter looked hanging between two governments, the government of Punjab and Government of Federal. The both said it matter of other, Punjab claim that Federal Government have to decide whether he have immunity under Geneva Convention and is he American diplomat or not. While Federal government says its matter of Punjab Courts in which case is filed.
In this incident two people were shot dead by the fire of American while another killed when the car rushed over a person to save American. The policeman said they also want to inquire case from American.

The matter scene out of the hand of Government of Pakistan hand because of the large involvement of Pakistani people, future will tell that where it goes, what ever but it scenes that this case will take large number of days to be solve.....
